National Gastronomy Award ‘Plato de Oro’
Our restaurant has also been honoured with the National Gastronomy Award ‘Plato de Oro’, awarded by Radio Turismo, a recognition with more than 35 years of history that rewards the quality and track record of the best hospitality establishments in Spain. This award is given after an exhaustive evaluation of aspects such as:
- The menu, prepared with local products and traditional recipes reinterpreted with a modern twist.
- The wine cellar, which features wines from the Arribes D.O. and other select references.
- The presentation and service, taking care of the diner's experience from the very first moment.
The award was presented at an elegant gala in La Alberca (Salamanca), where our team had the honour of receiving this distinction, which recognises not only our gastronomic offering, but also the daily effort we put into each dish.
